MANAGING WORKPLACE EEO AND PREVENTING BULLYING AND HARASSMENT
Managers understanding legislative frameworks and obligations and techniques for practical adherence
Course Outline
A 1.5 hour session in which participants will explore and gain an understanding of the following:
- Understand the obligations of supervisors and managers in managing workplace behavioural policies
- Correctly identify cases for either formal or informal resolution of workplace issues
- Develop methods of addressing negative patterns of behaviour
- Identify common systemic reasons for negative behaviour and team issues
- Develop an understanding of the workplace cultural web and priorities for address
This course has been specifically designed for Managers and Supervisors who have attended the ‘Good Working Relationships – Policy and Compliance’ program as well as informed Managers and HR Practitioners seeking advanced tools for managing and preventing workplace issues.

Qualification Attained: Certificate of Attendance
Cost: $240.00 plus GST per person

Cancellation Policy for a publicly scheduled course: Participants who have registered to attend a publicly scheduled training session are able to transfer their registration to another person within their Company up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of their scheduled attendance. Please note that no refunds are applicable to our training services.
Cancellation Policy for a tailored program: Within 7 days of booking a training program, a 50% deposit is required. An early cancellation would attract a fee equivalent to the amount of the deposit. Cancellation within 14 calendar days of the scheduled Session will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, given a minimum of 2 weeks notice, a program may be rescheduled.
