GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT AND INVESTIGATION SKILLS
HR Practitioners and Grievance Officers review frameworks, documentation and best practice

Course Outline
A 4.5 hour session in which participants will explore and gain an understanding of the following:

  • Identifying cases requiring formal resolution by means of grievance investigation
  • The type of documentation and level of confidentiality associated with formal grievance processes
  • Best practice frameworks for conducting a grievance investigation process
  • Conducting interviews, taking statements and providing process feedback
  • Stating findings according to policy and legislative breach of behavioural policies
  • Reporting and making recommendations

This course has been specifically designed for Managers and HR Practitioners needing to undertake grievance investigations and for Grievance Intake Officers who need an overview and understanding of the whole process that they are only initially involved in.

Qualification Attained: Certificate of Attendance

Cost: $740.00 plus GST per person

(Please Note: For a private tailored program with less than or greater than four (4) participants - please contact us for pricing).

Cancellation Policy for a publicly scheduled course: Participants who have registered to attend a publicly scheduled training session are able to transfer their registration to another person within their Company up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of their scheduled attendance. Please note that no refunds are applicable to our training services.

Cancellation Policy for a tailored program: Within 7 days of booking a training program, a 50% deposit is required. An early cancellation would attract a fee equivalent to the amount of the deposit. Cancellation within 14 calendar days of the scheduled Session will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, given a minimum of 2 weeks notice, a program may be rescheduled.
