GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPS - POLICY AND COMPLIANCE
Essential knowledge regarding EEO, Bullying, Harassment and other behavioural policies at work

Course Outline
A 3.5 hour session during which participants will explore and gain an understanding of the following:

  • Understand essential legal frameworks for all workplace behavioural policies
  • Gain an understanding of EEO practices in recruiting, managing and terminating employees
  • Learn definitions and avoidance of negative behaviours such as harassment, bullying and victimisation
  • Understand the processes following policy breach including formal and informal resolution
  • Develop an understanding of how to overcome and move past policy breach

This course has been specifically designed for all employees. No matter what their role or level of responsibility within an organisation, all employees should be aware of the legislation and company policies related to good working relationships.

(Please Note: A publicly scheduled course requires at least 10 participants to proceed. If there are any changes you will be notified immediately.)

For groups of 10 or more, we will deliver a 3.5 hour tailored program on or off site. If it is part of your company policy to update staff on these matters on a yearly basis, we also offer rotational annual training with a condensed, update training course format to be delivered in 1 hour.

Qualification Attained: Certificate of Attendance

Cost: $180.00 plus GST per person

Cancellation Policy for a publicly scheduled course: Participants who have registered to attend a publicly scheduled training session are able to transfer their registration to another person within their Company up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of their scheduled attendance. Please note that no refunds are applicable to our training services.

Cancellation Policy for a tailored program: Within 7 days of booking a training program, a 50% deposit is required. An early cancellation would attract a fee equivalent to the amount of the deposit. Cancellation within 14 calendar days of the scheduled Session will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, given a minimum of 2 weeks notice, a program may be rescheduled.
