COACHING CONFLICT FOR THE WORKPLACE
A focussed one on one session series providing tools for conflict coping and resolution

Program Overview for six individual coaching sessions

• Over a 6 or 12 week period, develop essential conflict management skills
  
• Develop an understanding and acceptance of others perspectives
  
• Gain self awareness and an introduction to emotional intelligence and its opportunities
  
• Create an action plan for optimising workplace performance

Current research indicates that Managers will spend nearly one third of their time addressing conflict issues. You can get back to focussing on strategic and operational functions by letting The Resolution Centre coach the staff who are taking up an in ordinate amount of your time because of their involvement in conflict (either as the perpetrator or receiver). If as a Manager you are experiencing conflict, this program will also be of benefit to you.

These coaching sessions are designed to help your staff break the cycle of behaving as the aggressor or the victim as well as providing them with tools to better understand and cope with conflict situations. Conflict can bring about constructive outcomes.

These individual one on one sessions can be delivered on or off site or by telephone, depending on the location of your organisation.
